Wuzhou Bingquan Industrial Shareholding Co., Ltd. in Guangxi, was founded in 1955 and has been dedicated to the research and development of soybean deep processing food. It is one of the few factories in China that applies continuous low-temperature vacuum drying equipment to soybean powder production, which offers advantages such as low drying temperature, low energy consumption, sustainable production, high product quality, and minimal protein denaturation comparing to traditional drying method. These advantages have enabled Bingquan to create classic soybean drink powder and instant tofu pudding products.

Heilongjiang Bingquan Industrial Co., Ltd

Heilongjiang Bingquan Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuzhou Bingquan Industrial Shareholding Co., Ltd. in Guangxi. Their production workshop is equipped with the latest international third-generation spray drying tower, utilizing advanced spray drying and granulation technology for soybean powder production. The factory currently has installed two high-protein soybean powder production lines and six subcontracted production lines, enabling an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-protein soybean powder.

Soymilk Restaurant

The Bingquan Soymilk Restaurant is located in Bingquan Spring, at the foot of Baiyun Mountain in Wuzhou City. It has a history of more than 80 years. Bingquan Soymilk is made from high-quality, natural, non-genetically modified soybeans and meticulously crafted using cool spring water from the well. It is a beverage rich in plant protein and nutrients. After cooling and freezing, the Soymilk forms a thin layer of soybean skin on the surface, dripping like pearls on the table, hence called "Dizhu Doujiang" (Pearl-dripping Soy Milk). This soymilk is rich, sweet, and smooth, attracting many compatriots from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and foreign friends who come here to taste it. The saying, "If you haven't tried Bingquan Soymilk, you haven't been to Wuzhou," has spread both in China and abroad.
