Heilongjiang Bingquan Industrial Co., Ltd., established in December 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuzhou Bingquan Industrial Shareholding Co., Ltd. in Guangxi. The construction project of Heilongjiang Bingquan Industrial Co., Ltd. in Suihua has been listed as one of the top 100 key construction projects in Heilongjiang Province for 2021. The project is planned to cover an area of approximately 200 acres, with a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters for the new plant. The production workshop is equipped with the latest third-generation spray drying towers, using advanced spray drying and granulation technology for soybean powder production, ensuring energy efficiency and automatization of concentration adjustment. The entire production process is fully automated with no external or environmental pollution. The total investment for the project is about 600 million Chinese yuan, and it will be constructed in two phases.
Phase one of the project is estimated to cost 300 million yuan, covering an area of about 126 acres. It mainly includes the construction of soybean powder production workshops, warehouses, and related supporting facilities. Two high-protein soybean powder production lines and six subcontracted production lines will be installed. The construction of phase one started in April 2021, and it began production in September 2022. After completion, the project is expected to produce 30,000 tons of high-protein soybean powder annually (including pure soybean powder series, instant soybean powder series, instant tofu pudding series, etc.), with an annual output value of approximately 600 million yuan.
Phase two of the project is estimated to cost 300 million yuan, and it will involve the purchase and installation of two high-protein soybean powder production lines and 6 to 10 subcontracted production lines. The project is planned to commence construction in 2023 and be operational by October 2025. After completion, it is expected to produce 40,000 tons of high-protein soybean powder annually (including pure soybean powder series, instant soybean powder series, tofu series, etc.), with an annual output value of about 800 million yuan. After the completion of the entire project, it is expected to produce 70,000 tons of high-protein soybean powder annually, with an annual output value of approximately 1.4 billion yuan.
